This is regarding to Law Commission's reconsideration of
anti-dowry legislation to put check on its misuse. Why? What a trauma it must
be for a woman's existence who’s been weighed down to the crust with the so called
dowry spree. Then this dilution in anti-dowry such as no immediate arrest of
the accused and 30-day reconciliation is like missing the already lost mark. I
think the number of women dying at cost of their dignity for the goddamn dowry
system is much more shameful & pathetic than the no. of men being caught in
fake vortex. The so called all time high on laws and morals, our India should not leave
any excuse for such bestiality.
The Judicial system is flawed.the most one can do is not allow dowry system in ones own family and not encourage it with other . btw Congratulations & :) nice first post..
